Add Some Peach to Your Routine

Summer Fruit Smoothies:
There is nothing like fresh peaches in the summer to provide a great base for smoothies. Here are a couple of my favorite recipes for peaches:
Vanilla Peach Shake
1 cup of sliced peaches
8 ounces of water
2 scoops of Vi-Shape shake mix
¾ cup low fat vanilla yogurt (Greek)
1-teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of ice cubes
Mix in a blender until smooth.

Fresh peaches are around the corner- here are some of my favorite recipes with them in smoothies

Refreshing Peach Cooler
8 ounces water
2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
1 cup of peach slices (freeze them to make it creamier)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup of ice
Mix together until smooth – then add 4 ounces of club soda to give it a fizz.

Have the urge for peaches, but you can only find frozen peaches? Sometimes frozen peaches are better than fresh peaches that are picked before they are ripe.

Sometimes you can't get fresh peaches - and frozen are a great option

Peach Milk Smoothie
8 ounces of almond milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
1 cup of ice
¼ cup of frozen orange juice concentrate
Mix in a blender until smooth and serve.

Ginger-Peach Smoothie
8 ounces of almond milk
1 cup of frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
2 scoops of Vi-Shape shake mix
1 cup of ice
¼ cup of ginger ale
¼ teaspoon of fresh minced ginger root
Mix in a blender until smooth.

Peach Mango Smoothie
8 ounces of almond milk
2 scoops of Vi-shape shake mix
1 fresh sliced peach
1 fresh sliced mango (I buy them pre-sliced)
1 orange – sliced – or ½ cup of orange juice
Mix in a blender until smooth.
