    The Fast Diet is taking America by storm. Eat five days and fast for two (non-consecutive). It may work for some, but not for all – it does provide a way to regulate some intake, but on those five non-fast days you cannot eat what you want.

    It turns out if you eat more calories at dinner, you will not lose as much weight. Here is the science behind eating before 3 p.m. Weight loss success can be affected by what time of the day you consume calories. Consuming calories late in the day leads to weight gain.
